Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging and secure them in a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
