We prioritize quality and longevity. Most of our pieces are crafted from 14k gold-plated brass, sterling silver, or surgical-grade stainless steel to ensure they are hypoallergenic and water-resistant.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are in their original, unopened vacuum-sealed packaging.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Pierced jewelry comes with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower?
While our stainless steel and solid gold pieces are water-friendly, we recommend removing gold-plated items before swimming or showering to maintain their luster and finish over time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
